Laguna Seca – practice: a solid start in California

Linus opened the Indy Lights weekend at Laguna Seca by going fifth fastest in Friday practice.

Linus posted a time virtually identical to that of team-mate David Malukas as the GRG/HMD duo took P4 and P5, just over three tenths off the benchmark pace set by Andretti Autosport pair Devlin DeFrancesco and Kyle Kirkwood.

In a session where teams took on the use of carry-over tyres from the previous event, the timing screens didn’t necessarily paint a full picture of the competitive order, taking the field into unknown territory ahead of Qualifying 1 at 1.30 pm / 22.30 this afternoon.
